Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Some customers may experience shipping delays due to the Covid-19 global health pandemic, especially if your city or country is in quarantine or lockdown. All orders are sent with a tracking link to confirm delivery.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Glow Skincare is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

UK Shipping: 1-2 days (There are shipping delays in some parts of the UK, please allow extra time for your package to arrive. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers to confirm proof of delivery and will require a signature).

Europe/International Shipping: 5-10 days (There are shipping delays in some countries, please allow extra time for your package to arrive. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers to confirm proofing of delivery and will require a signature).

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at glowskincareuk@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. We are not liable for lost packages where tracking status indicates "item delivered".

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at glowskincare.co.uk@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If this is the case, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. We do not refund or exchange products. Please ensure that you do a patch test on a clear area of skin for at least three days prior to adding the products to your daily skincare routine.
